The bed was extremely comfy. The bathroom was large and had climate control. The room had a multi-channel television and a fridge. The location was comfortable and decent, close to downtown, airport wineries, Walla Walla, Wa.

The bed was not stiff as a board. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cookies are served every day at 7pm.

All room don't have abdicate air conditioning. All rooms that haven't been updated need to be updated. Staff doesn't know which rooms have the updated a/c. I went to a couple of rooms before I found on with updated a/c.

Too expensive for Walla Walla

our recent stay in walla walla was fantastic! holiday inn express exceeded our expectations with their friendly staff and cleanliness protocols. sam was especially helpful with his recommendations, and the location near wineries and downtown was perfect. we will definitely stay here again.

More towel racks needed.
